The Campmor Timbavati Netted Tent is a little outside of what you have come to expect from a canvas tent manufacturer – the sides are made from mozzi-proof 80% shade netting. This compact tent is perfect for sleeping in warm conditions where protection from biting insects and staying well ventilated are your top priority. At 2.1m x 2.1m there’s enough sleeping room for up to 3 people and its compact height makes it great for touring when packing space and carry weight are at a premium.
The Timbavati will still keep you protected should the weather make a turn for the worst. The 550gsm PVC bathtub floor is the same design and specification that features in Campmor’s canvas tent range and there is a lightweight canvas full fly that fits over the top of the netted dome. There’s a cable entry point with velcro closure so that you can bring power into the tent without having to leave your door zip open.
The 8.3mm spring steel frame is rugged and robust and will last for many years of adventures. For maximum convenience and space consciousness, the Campmor Timbavati Netted Tent’s poles, body and canvas fly store neatly in one rugged 550gsm PVC carry bag.
