Cancellation Policy – Simokai Enterprises Ltd


Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed, dispatched, or specially sourced. Once an order has been shipped or delivered, cancellations are no longer permitted and the order will be subject to our Return and Refund Policy.


For custom orders, special imports, made-to-order items, or products purchased specifically at the customer's request, cancellations may not be accepted once procurement or production has begun.


To request a cancellation, customers should contact Simokai Enterprises Ltd through our official communication channels, including WhatsApp, phone, email, or social media, and provide their order details. Approved cancellations will be refunded using the original payment method, less any applicable transaction, handling, or procurement costs where applicable.


Simokai Enterprises Ltd reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund of any payments made.
