Robust construction – The bench features a powder-coated 14-gauge steel tube frame that is resistant to rust and water damage. It is compatible with medium and Olympic size barbells and the safety locks ensure that you stay securely in place even during repetitions
Extra comfort – This training bench features padded vinyl foam seats and a back pad for long-lasting comfort when lifting and sitting. The rubber grips on the arm curl handle give you extra control even when you sweat.
Adjustable design – The Olympic Bench features an adjustable back pad and an arm curl pad for tilting, lowering and flat chest press exercises. You can also adjust the barbell supports in height to facilitate access.
Squat Rack – With the separate squat rack, you can perform walk-in squats and lunges, giving you more flexibility in your training plan.
Versatile Olympic bench – This training bench is ideal for a variety of full body training sessions. You can use it to train both your upper and lower body as the two-piece design allows exercises that work both the arms and legs.
